Sura: AL‑AḤZĀB

Aya : 53

O you who have believed, do not enter the houses of the Prophet except when you are permitted for a meal, without awaiting its readiness. But when you are invited, then enter; and when you have eaten, disperse without seeking to remain for conversation. Indeed, that [behavior] was troubling the Prophet, and he is shy of [dismissing] you. But AllŒh is not shy of the truth. And when you ask [his wives] for something, ask them from behind a partition. That is purer for your hearts and their hearts. And it is not [conceivable or lawful] for you to harm the Messenger of AllŒh or to marry his wives after him, ever. Indeed, that would be in the sight of AllŒh an enormity.

Sura: AL‑AḤZĀB

Aya : 56

Indeed, AllŒh confers blessing upon the Prophet, and His angels [ask Him to do so]. O you who have believed, ask [AllŒh to confer] blessing upon him and ask [AllŒh to grant him] peace.

Sura: AL‑AḤZĀB

Aya : 57

Indeed, those who abuse AllŒh and His Messenger AllŒh has cursed them in this world and the Hereafter and prepared for them a humiliating punishment.

Sura: AL‑AḤZĀB

Aya : 66

The Day their faces will be turned about in the Fire, they will say, "How we wish we had obeyed AllŒh and obeyed the Messenger."

Sura: AL‑AḤZĀB

Aya : 71

He will [then] amend for you your deeds and forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys AllŒh and His Messenger has certainly attained a great attainment.

Sura: MUḤAMMAD

Aya : 33

O you who have believed, obey AllŒh and obey the Messenger and do not invalidate your deeds.

Sura: AL‑FATḤ

Aya : 8

Indeed, We have sent you as a witness and a bringer of good tidings and a warner

Sura: AL‑FATḤ

Aya : 9

That you [people] may believe in AllŒh and His Messenger and honor him and respect him [i.e., the Prophet ()] and exalt Him [i.e., AllŒh] morning and afternoon.

Sura: AL‑FATḤ

Aya : 10

Indeed, those who pledge allegiance to you, [O Muúammad] they are actually pledging allegiance to AllŒh. The hand[1] of AllŒh is over their hands.[2] So he who breaks his word only breaks it to the detriment of himself. And he who fulfills that which he has promised AllŒh He will give him a great reward.

1- See footnote to 2:19.
2- Meaning that He (subúŒnahu wa taÔŒlŒ) accepted their pledge.

Sura: AL‑FATḤ

Aya : 17

There is not upon the blind any guilt or upon the lame any guilt or upon the ill any guilt [for remaining behind]. And whoever obeys AllŒh and His Messenger He will admit him to gardens beneath which rivers flow; but whoever turns away He will punish him with a painful punishment.

Sura: AL‑ḤUJURĀT

Aya : 1

O you who have believed, do not put [yourselves] before AllŒh and His Messenger[1] but fear AllŒh. Indeed, AllŒh is Hearing and Knowing.

1- Rather, wait for instruction and follow the way of the Prophet ().

Sura: AL‑ḤUJURĀT

Aya : 2

O you who have believed, do not raise your voices above the voice of the Prophet or be loud to him in speech like the loudness of some of you to others, lest your deeds become worthless while you perceive not.

Sura: AL‑ḤUJURĀT

Aya : 3

Indeed, those who lower their voices before the Messenger of AllŒh they are the ones whose hearts AllŒh has tested for righteousness. For them is forgiveness and great reward.

Sura: AL‑ḤUJURĀT

Aya : 4

Indeed, those who call you, [O Muúammad], from behind the chambers most of them do not use reason.

Sura: AL‑ḤUJURĀT

Aya : 5

And if they had been patient until you [could] come out to them, it would have been better for them. But AllŒh is Forgiving and Merciful.

Sura: AL‑ḤUJURĀT

Aya : 14

The bedouins say, "We have believed." Say, "You have not [yet] believed; but say [instead], 'We have submitted,' for faith has not yet entered your hearts. And if you obey AllŒh and His Messenger, He will not deprive you from your deeds[1] of anything. Indeed, AllŒh is Forgiving and Merciful."

1- i.e., the reward thereof.

Sura: AL‑MUJĀDILAH

Aya : 9

O you who have believed, when you converse privately, do not converse about sin and aggression and disobedience to the Messenger but converse about righteousness and piety. And fear AllŒh, to whom you will be gathered.

Sura: AL‑MUJĀDILAH

Aya : 12

O you who have believed, when you [wish to] privately consult the Messenger, present before your consultation a charity. That is better for you and purer. But if you find not [the means] then indeed, AllŒh is Forgiving and Merciful.

Sura: AL‑MUJĀDILAH

Aya : 13

Have you feared to present before your consultation charities? Then when you do not and AllŒh has forgiven you, then [at least] establish prayer and give zakŒh and obey AllŒh and His Messenger. And AllŒh is Aware of what you do.

Sura: AL‑MUJĀDILAH

Aya : 20

Indeed, the ones who oppose AllŒh and His Messenger those will be among the most humbled.

Sura: AL‑ḤASHR

Aya : 7

And what AllŒh restored to His Messenger from the people of the towns it is for AllŒh and for the Messenger and for [his] near relatives[1] and orphans and the needy and the [stranded] traveler[2] so that it will not be a perpetual distribution among the rich from among you. And whatever the Messenger has given you take; and what he has forbidden you refrain from. And fear AllŒh; indeed, AllŒh is severe in penalty.

1- Those of Ban´ HŒshim and Ban´ Mu‹‹alib, whom he () had prohibited from accepting zakŒh.
2- This ruling concerning properties abandoned by an enemy without a war effort differs from that in S´rah al-AnfŒl, verse 41, which refers to spoils of war in which four fifths is distributed among those who fought in AllŒh's cause.

Sura: AL‑ḤASHR

Aya : 8

For the poor emigrants who were expelled from their homes and their properties, seeking bounty from AllŒh and [His] approval and supporting [the cause of] AllŒh and His Messenger, [there is also a share]. Those are the truthful.

Sura: AT-TAGHĀBUN

Aya : 12

And obey AllŒh and obey the Messenger; but if you turn away then upon Our Messenger is only [the duty of] clear notification.

Sura: AL‑JINN

Aya : 23

But [I have for you] only notification from AllŒh, and His messages." And whoever disobeys AllŒh and His Messenger then indeed, for him is the fire of Hell; they will abide therein forever.
