In order to spread Islamic culture and provide a global community service consisting of printing and publishing translations of the meanings of the Noble Quran, a joint cooperation agreement was signed to print and distribute these translations in four international languages: (English, French, European Spanish and Latin American Spanish), between the Noor International Centre for the Translation of the Meanings of the Noble Quran in Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Information Center in of the Dar al-Bar Association in Dubai.
