Do not transgress. Indeed, Allah does not like transgressors.

Allah Almighty has legislated in Islam what is suitable for the lives of people in both abodes, as Islam is pure and uncomplicated, it does not oppress or transgress. In the harshest situations and the most difficult times at wars, when the noise of weapons rejoices the hearing of heroes, when warriors carry their souls on their palms, when Muslims face the infidels in battles, the morality of Islam is manifested: (Fight in the way of Allah those who fight against you but do not transgress. Indeed, Allah does not like transgressors.) Almighty Allah says: (And do not let the hatred of a people for having obstructed you from al-Masjid al-Ḥarām lead you to transgress.)

Justice in its Highest Form

One of the lofty principles and noble traits that have become a factor in the victory of Islam is forbidding any unjust killing of a non-Muslim. Narrated Ibn Omar, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet Muhammad, (ﷺ) said, "Whoever killed a Mu'ahid (a person who is granted the pledge of protection by the Muslims) shall not smell the fragrance of Paradise though its fragrance can be smelt at a distance of forty years (of traveling).

Islam calls for inclining to peace if the infidels ask for it. Almighty Allah says in al-Anfal Surah: (And if they incline to peace, then incline to it [also] and rely upon Allah. Indeed, it is He who is the Hearing, the Knowing.)

It is justice in its highest form, and peace in its clearest meaning.

Tolerance of Islamic Legislation

Our religion has the greatest and most tolerant law, as it serves the interests of the people first without harm or hardship. Tolerance is its motto, this is indicated by ((Legislation of licenses because of the hardship that befalls the soul, which results in harm to it, including: licenses to break the fast in Ramadan; Because of illness and travel,)) Almighty Allah says: “So whoever among you is ill or on a journey [during them] - then an equal number of other days [are to be made up].” Allah also ordained shortening prayers while traveling, wars and in case of fear, “And when you travel throughout the land, there is no blame upon you for shortening the prayer, [especially] if you fear that those who disbelieve may disrupt [or attack] you.”

The Most Noble of you is the Most Righteous

Islam is the religion of justice and equality, it corrects the meaning of equality between people. Equality does not mean equating between the male and female, especially in the things that distinguish them, and it is not that we equate between the believer and the immoral. Rather, the only principle of equality is piety, which is the criterion of true righteousness. ِAlmighty Allah says: “O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allāh is the most righteous of you.” The righteousness of a person makes him more valuable for himself and for the society in which he lives in, than others who do not benefit themselves or their society

Islam forbids abortion

Islam sanctifies human life, and forbids the killing of the innocent soul - regardless of its age or religious affiliation - and that prohibition came in the strictest terms: “And do not kill the soul which Allāh has forbidden [to be killed] except by [legal] right. This has He instructed you that you may use reason.” Rather, having children and praying for them to be righteous is considered an act of worship in Islam, and this was mentioned in many verses, including: “My Lord! Bless me with righteous offspring.”

And Islam’s view of fetuses is not just that they are pieces of meat that have no value in life, or shreds of meat with which everyone has the right to do whatever he wants with it, but rather the fetus in its mother’s womb is considered one of the foundations for the reconstruction of the earth.

Islam reminds you on World Health Day.. "Your Health is a Trust"

On the occasion of World Health Day, Islam is keen to emphasize the importance of physical and psychological health for humans. Islam urges people to protect their bodies and maintain their mental health, maintaining health is one of the main priorities in the lives of Muslims.

Among the evidences mentioned in the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet on the importance of physical and psychological health is the saying by Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, who said: “In the body there is a piece of flesh, and the whole body is sound if it is sound, but the whole body is corrupt if it is corrupt. It is the heart.” (Bukhari and Muslim.)” This confirms that Physical and mental health are linked.

Moreover, Islam encourages a healthy lifestyle, such as following a healthy balanced diet, being keen on exercise and physical activity, and paying attention to adequate sleep and rest.

Islam also calls for keeping mental health, through reflection and meditation, avoiding stress and tension, and maintaining positive social relationships.

In addition, Islam establishes fasting as one of the main pillars of Islam, doctors unanimously agreed that fasting purifies the body from toxins and protects it from diseases.

In the end, we invite all Muslims and non-Muslims to follow a healthy lifestyle, and to take care of their physical and mental health, in order to achieve prosperity and happiness in their lives, and to preserve the blessings of Allah upon them.

Islam Forbids Lying April 1st

There is a famous incident about a twenty-year-old YouTuber named (Timothy Wilks) decided to play a "prank" in a store by pretending to be a thief who wanted to rob the store, but sadly the store owner shot him dead.

Despite this, if I tell someone that Islam forbids lying and pranks, even in jest, he would accuse Islam of strictness, intollerance and having no sense of humor.

You may say but it's okay to tell a white lie, I might play a prank on my colleague and it won't end in disaster.

You mean that you are smarter than those who caused misfortunes because of their pranks. And I tell you, "They also thought they were smarter than those who tried before them.

Islam forbids lying and emphasizes that, and the Messenger Allah, Muhammad, peace be upon him, said: "Lying is not good in seriousness or jest, nor for a man to promise his child and then not fulfill his promise, for truthfulness leads to righteousness, and righteousness leads to Paradise, and lying leads to Immorality, and immorality leads to Hell. It will be said to the truthful: He is truthful and righteous, and it will be said to the liar: He is a liar and immoral, and a man keeps telling the truth until he is recorded for Allah as truthful, or he keeps lying until he is in recorded for Allah as a liar".
