The great miracle of the Quran is that it contains precise and up-to-date scientific information that humans could not have discovered during the time of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. For example, the Quran mentions that Allah created the heavens and the earth in six days, which aligns with modern theories in physics about creation and the Big Bang.
Allah Almighty said in Surah Al-A'raf, verse 54:
Indeed, your Lord is Allah, who created the heavens and earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne. He covers the night with the day, [another night] chasing it rapidly; and [He created] the sun, the moon, and the stars, subjected by His command. Unquestionably, His is the creation and the command; blessed is Allah, Lord of the worlds.
The creation of humans is a demonstration of the truthfulness of the Quran
The most impressive miracle of the Quran is considered to be the ratio of male to female in humans. God Almighty said in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 153:

God Almighty said in Surah An-Nahl verse 77

And God Almighty said in Surat Al-Isra, verse 85
And they ask you, [O Muhammad], about the soul. Say, "The soul is of the affair [i.e., concern] of my Lord. And you [i.e., mankind] have not been given of knowledge except a little.
