Jesus is the Servant of Allah and His Messenger

([Jesus] said, "Indeed, I am the servant of Allāh. He has given me the Scripture and made me a prophet. And He has made me blessed wherever I am and has enjoined upon me prayer and zakāh as long as I remain alive. And [made me] dutiful to my mother, and He has not made me a wretched tyrant.

And peace is on me the day I was born and the day I will die and the day I am raised alive.") (Qur’an: 19: 30-33)

Jesus, the Kind Son

Almighty Allah says in the Qur’an: “And [made me] dutiful to my mother, and He has not made me a wretched tyrant.” (Qur’an: 19: 32)

John told in the Gospel a story about Jesus: “…and Jesus and his disciples had also been invited to the wedding. When the wine was gone, Jesus’ mother said to him, “They have no more wine.” “Woman, why do you involve me?” Jesus replied. “My hour has not yet come.” John 2: 2-4 NIV

The Gospels testify that Christ worshiped God alone, with no partner

“Why do you call me good?” Jesus answered. “No one is good—except God alone. (Mark 10:18)

“One of those days Jesus went out to a mountainside to pray, and spent the night praying to God. (Luke 6: 12)

“After Jesus said this, he looked toward heaven and prayed… Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.” (John 17: 3)

Now listen to what Jesus said as mentioned in the Qur’an: “And [beware the Day] when Allāh will say, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, did you say to the people, 'Take me and my mother as deities besides Allāh?'" He will say, "Exalted are You! It was not for me to say that to which I have no right. If I had said it, You would have known it. You know what is within myself, and I do not know what is within Yourself. Indeed, it is You who is Knower of the unseen.” (Qur’an: 5: 127)

It does not befit Almighty God to have a son

And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son." You have done an atrocious thing. The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation That they attribute to the Most Merciful a son. And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. There is no one in the heavens and earth but that he comes to the Most Merciful as a servant. (Qur’an: 19: 88-93)

Where did Jesus ask people to worship him?

If you read the books of the Bible, you will never find that Jesus asked people to worship Him, he did not claim that he is God, nor did he claim that he is God manifested in the flesh. So, based on what did his followers innovate this heresy, worshipping him instead of God??

Belief in Jesus between exaggeration and denial

Exaggeration in anything turns it into something absurd, so we must all love Christ and follow him, but going to extremes in loving him and turning him into a god or the son of God is something that a sound mentality does not accept.

Almighty Allah says: “O People of the Scripture, do not commit excess in your religion or say about Allāh except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary, was but a messenger of Allāh and His word which He directed to Mary and a soul [created at a command] from Him. So believe in Allāh and His messengers. And do not say, "Three"; desist - it is better for you. Indeed, Allāh is but one God. Exalted is He above having a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allāh as Disposer of affairs.” (Qur’an: 4: 171)

Jesus commands you to worship God

Jesus did not leave the world without conveying his message. He commands all of you to worship the One God and to be Muslims.

Alighty Allah says: “I said not to them except what You commanded me - to worship Allāh, my Lord and your Lord. And I was a witness over them as long as I was among them; but when You took me up, You were the Observer over them, and You are, over all things, Witness.” (Qur’an: 5: 117)

Allah is Ever-Living and He does not die

If Jesus were a god, he would have been able to stop God's decree to perish him and his mother with death.

Almighty Allah says in the Qur’an: “They have certainly disbelieved who say that Allāh is Christ, the son of Mary. Say, "Then who could prevent Allāh at all if He had intended to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, or his mother or everyone on the earth?" And to Allāh belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them. He creates what He wills, and Allāh is over all things competent.” (Qur’an: 5: 17)

Jesus... supported by the Holy Spirit

God supported Jesus with Angel Gabrael, he was with him in every situation, because the ordeals he was subjected to required support; Like the ordeal of being born without a father and the ordeal of targeting him with death.

Almighty Allah says: “Those messengers - some of them We caused to exceed others. Among them were those to whom Allāh spoke, and He raised some of them in degree. And We gave Jesus, the son of Mary, clear proofs, and We supported him with the Pure Spirit [i.e., Gabriel]. If Allāh had willed, those [generations] succeeding them would not have fought each other after the clear proofs had come to them. But they differed, and some of them believed and some of them disbelieved. And if Allāh had willed, they would not have fought each other, but Allāh does what He intends. (Qur’an: 2: 253)

Muhammad and Jesus come from the same niche

Their call is one, their God is One, their religion is One, they call to everything good, and forbid everything that is evil. The faith of the Muslim is not complete unless he believes in Jesus as a prophet. Jesus did not claim to be God, he is His servant and messenger.

Almighty Allah says: And [mention] when Jesus, the son of Mary, said, "O Children of Israel, indeed I am the messenger of Allāh to you confirming what came before me of the Torah and bringing good tidings of a messenger to come after me, whose name is Aḥmad." But when he came to them with clear evidences, they said, "This is obvious magic."
