هَلۡ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَأۡتِيَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ فِي ظُلَلٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡغَمَامِ وَٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَقُضِيَ ٱلۡأَمۡرُۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرۡجَعُ ٱلۡأُمُورُ
Do they await but that AllŒh should come to them in covers of clouds and the angels [as well] and the matter is [then] decided? And to AllŒh [all] matters are returned.
وَيَوۡمَ تَشَقَّقُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ بِٱلۡغَمَٰمِ وَنُزِّلَ ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ تَنزِيلًا
And [mention] the Day when the heaven will split open with [emerging] clouds,[1] and the angels will be sent down in successive descent.
1- Within which are the angels.
وَمَا قَدَرُواْ ٱللَّهَ حَقَّ قَدۡرِهِۦ وَٱلۡأَرۡضُ جَمِيعٗا قَبۡضَتُهُۥ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ وَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتُ مَطۡوِيَّـٰتُۢ بِيَمِينِهِۦۚ سُبۡحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ عَمَّا يُشۡرِكُونَ
They have not appraised AllŒh with true appraisal,[1] while the earth entirely will be [within] His grip[2] on the Day of Resurrection, and the heavens will be folded in His right hand.[3] Exalted is He and high above what they associate with Him.
1- i.e., appreciation of His attributes.

فَإِذَا ٱنشَقَّتِ ٱلسَّمَآءُ فَكَانَتۡ وَرۡدَةٗ كَٱلدِّهَانِ
And when the heaven is split open and becomes rose-colored like oil[1] –
1- Or "like a tanned skin."
فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? –
